ANTENATAL CLASSESThis class, run by our experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist Meredith Neilson, will help prevent injury to your body and incontinence in the ante and post natal periods. We will be discussing pelvic floor exercises, back care, back pain relief and safe exercises during pregnancy. The class consists of group discussion and presentation with a series of demonstrated exercises. Maximum 10 participants ANTENATAL PILATES BASED CLASS A perfect compliment to the Antenatal Class, our physiotherapists have adapted the traditional Pilates principals to suit the pregnant body. Run by our physiotherapist Taegan Soper, the class focuses on strengthening the pelvic floor and other postural muscles which are challenged throughout pregnancy. The class incorporates breathing, stretching and ball work in a sequence of exercises appropriate for the Mum to Be.
