How do I make an appointment?
To make an appointment to see any of our Doctors, Physiotherapists or Massage Therapist, please call (08) 8941 6677 during office hours.

To make an appointment to see one of our visiting orthopedic surgeons, please call our practice manager, Janelle between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday on (08) 8941 2588.

What should I bring to my appointment?
If you are currently taking any medication or are ill in any way please bring details to the attention of the consulting physician.
Any X-rays, MRI’s, etc relating to your physical injury should be brought to your initial consultation.

Do I Need a Referral?
For a normal paying visit to any of the physiotherapists a referral is not required. If you wish to claim the visit to the physiotherapist on workers compensation a doctor’s referral is necessary.

How much will it Cost?
Medical Fees:
The fees we charge are set at a level which enables us to provide a high standard of care to you. Our fees are based on the AMA guidelines, and you will find that there is a difference between the fees we charge and the rebate provided to you by Medicare. Our Practice Manager is happy to discuss our charging policy with you.
