ImageHydrotherapy is a form of Physiotherapy treatment conducted in a heated pool. Specifically designed exercises and therapy techniques help clients regain and enhance physical wellbeing under the guidance of trained Physiotherapists. Exercise programs are designed specifically for the individual.

Through the combination of warm water, increased buoyancy and specific exercises, hydrotherapy allows for a safe and comfortable environment, helping to reduce pain and spasm.
